about warren savage

I was 19 years old when I realized I had a voice. I landed a job reading the news at a local radio station in my hometown. I had not pursued a career in broadcasting. It pursued me. When I joined the United States Marine Corps I was recruited into the Armed Forces Radio/Television Service. After graduating from the Defense Information School I began anchoring and reporting news at military bases around the world. That eventually led to a career in civilian television news during which I worked in markets from Boston to Atlanta. Along the way, I began doing voice-overs for various projects and enjoyed the work. I enjoyed it so much that I made a career out of it. I train my voice regularly. I approach each and every project with the understanding that I am working for my client. This takes being open to instruction, responsive to direction and sensitive to the message or story as well as the intended audience. I look forward to applying these principles to your project.
